What if I’m Not Happy with the Quality of the Entire Fruit & Veg Delivery?

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the quality of an entire fresh fruit & vegetable box, we will refund the entire box. However, we will need your help – we require a photo from you of the box contents within 24 hours of receiving the box. It is critical that we can pass this evidence on to our quality and assurance team, as well as our fresh fruit & vegetable buyers. They’ll be as upset as you are, and we all want to make sure that your dissatisfaction never happens again. All damage need to me addressed to our customer service email: contact@growersbox.com.au

Terms and Conditions

If you are not home when the delivery arrives we will leave your Growers Box in a nice and shady spot for you! If your front door or yard is not accessible for any reason and a neighbor, or your alternate receiver is not present at the time of delivery, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to contact you. If we are unable to reach you for any reason, than your box may be forfeited . Missing or stolen packages that have been left at your home is your responsibility, but we apply our best efforts in tracking to assure to the best of our ability for a safe delivery to the rightful owner.

Please make sure your property is accessible and is a safe environment..

We love all animals big and small, however, if you have a very loyal guard dog that is only doing it’s job and not allowing a delivery driver to reach your front door, we will try our best to contact you to deliver the box. Please also ensure your gate is unlocked and accessible. If you are not home and for any other reason we cannot deliver your box safely, we will keep your box for the remainder of the day, and if no reply is given, your box will be discarded and no refund will be given. We will provide photo/video evidence. So please help us help you and keep your yard a safe place for our delivery drivers.
